SO THAT YOU CAN ENJOY THIS SPACE, WE REMIND YOU OF SOME RULES OF COEXISTENCE INSIDE OUR HOUSE HOTEL:

SCHEDULE:CHECK IN 3:00 PM CHECK OUT 11:00 AMWhen checking in, the client must register with their identification document. If you enter at unusual hours (where there is no hotel staff) present this information the next day, prior to your departure. To start your day, Casa Medallo offers you an American breakfast from Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 10:00 am Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am to 11:00 am In addition, in the kitchen, you have coffee and aromatics Courtesies of our hotel house. We have a laundry washing and drying service, with a cost of $3USD or $15,000 Cop each service. For your comfort, coordination is done with the person in charge of managing the hotel. Manipulation of equipment by guests is not allowed. We have an iron and ironing table. You can request it if required. If during your stay you do not wish to clean your room since you do not wish to be disturbed, you must report it in advance or use the notice that you find in your room by placing it in the lock on the outside of your room (daily cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, making the bed and collecting garbage). When your stay is longer than 7 days, general cleaning is done that includes, in addition to the above, changing bed linen, shaking and washing the bathroom. For garbage, you count with trash can inside the room and in the bathroom. Please do not throw papers, sanitary towels, condoms, or any foreign item in the toilet as it may become clogged and cause discomfort for you, the guests. To dry your towels, you have a rope inside the bathroom that you can extend. Please do not spread chairs, tables or beds on the balcony. You can also use the clothes hooks that are in the closet. If you need more, request them from the person in charge of managing the hotel. In the common areas, refrain from playing music and/or making noise from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am the next day, this with the in order not to disturb the tranquility of the guests staying at the hotel. This room is a smoke-free space. If you require it, you have an outdoor area at the back of the house that can be used for smoking if the other guests do not mind. Under no circumstances are minors allowed to enter unless they are accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. In our commitment to the environment we ask you to turn off the air conditioning, lights and television when leaving the room.

INSIDE CASA MEDALLO IT IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED:

Prostitution, exploitation of minors and development of illegal acts. Consumption of drugs. Parties inside the hotel. Pet ownership. Making annoying noises, causing altercations and in general any act that disturbs or inconveniences other guests. Remove any furniture or element outside the rooms and/or common spaces, except with prior permission.

We remind you that each guest is responsible for the damages and/or losses they cause to themselves, other guests, workers, or the hotel's equipment and infrastructure, and is obliged to pay or compensate them accordingly. *If you require any additional service or have any concerns, do not hesitate to contact your hosts.
